We use an enriched eclectic Early Years Curriculum. Our programme is mainly based on foundational core learning through play, derived from the Rwandan National Curriculum (CBC) blended with elements of Montessori, and Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) frameworks, to prepare children for international and national primary education in curricula including Primary Years Programme (PYP), K-12, IGCSE, and CBC.
Our curriculum offers a personalized, child-centered approach to education emphasizing play-based learning to foster school readiness, life skills, and a sense of community built on love and support. We believe in the holistic learning and development of children’s cognitive, social, emotional, and physical aspects. Our curriculum is designed to address the needs of the whole child, promoting intellectual growth, creativity, emotional intelligence, empathy, and practical life skills.
Our rich and stimulating environments have materials designed to engage children in learning activities in the following areas:
- Communication and Language
- Mathematics
- Understanding the World
- Practical Life and Life skills
- Expressive Art and Design
- Physical Development
In our daycare and nursery, children learn in the language in which they are most familiar. Parents and guardians have the choice to have their children in either the English section or the French section. In the English section, the children learn in English and also learn some French as a subject area, while in the French section children learn in French and also learn some English as a subject area.
